Read an effective area file from Roman.
This just puts together the right invocation to get an Excel-converted ECSV file into memory.
- Parameters:
- scaint
the name of the detector. A number between 1-18.
- filenamestr
filename to read in
- Returns:
- astropy.table.Table
table with effective areas for different Roman bandpasses.
