romanisim.l3.get_pixscalefrac(wcs, shape)

Compute pixel scale from WCS, scaled to nominal units of 0.11”.

Computes the difference in arcseconds between the central pixels. Assumes square pixels. Scales this so that a nominal WCS with 0.11” pixels gives a value of 1.
